Welcome to Tropical Design Nutritional Products! We are thrilled to have you join our affiliate marketing program as a distributor. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding:

1. Definition of a Distributor: A distributor is an individual who registers to become part of the Tropical Design Nutrition affiliate marketing program with the intention of promoting and selling our products for commission.

2. New Distributors:

All new distributors are required to purchase a Healthtonix Starter Pack along with a $50 distributor signup fee to join our affiliate marketing program.
The Healthtonix Starter Pack is the initial product that every distributor must purchase to enroll in the distributor program.
Please note that the $50 registration fee is mandatory for enrollment in the marketing program.
In the absence of a referral link, the system will randomly assign a distributor to new registrants.

3. Monthly Product Subscription:

To remain active in the marketing program, all distributors must purchase at least one pack of Healthtonix product each month.

4. Commission Structure:

A distributor earns a $50 bonus for each new distributor registration they refer.
For regular orders, a distributor earns a $24 commission.
Additionally, distributors earn commission based on their level in the MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) structure.

5. Payout Method:

Withdrawals can be requested through direct bank transfer or PayPal from the distributor’s account dashboard.
All withdrawal requests are subject to approval by the admin before payment processing.

6. Security:

For payment processing, we utilize secure methods provided by our partners Stripe and PayPal.
Tropical Design Nutritional Products does not store any credit card information in our system, ensuring the security of your financial data.

By registering as a distributor and participating in our affiliate marketing program, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions outlined above. Tropical Design Nutritional Products reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly for updates.
